When you dream, you connect your consciousness to the universal life force, which is flowing from your spiritual essence or source energy, outwards.

When you dream, your awareness is in a place where anything is possible. Therefore, forget your current reality and go deep into your heart and learn to dream your dreams as though anything were possible.

This is like working on a plant, on the level of the sap. The clear colourless sap is what forms the hard stem, the soft leaves and the beautiful flower. It is your spiritual essence - your dreams, your self-image and your self-love - that create your energy blueprint, which your physical body grows into.

Therefore, move your attention away from your pain and focus on your spiritual essence, creating in your mind's eye beautiful dreams and experiences that will bring you great joy and happiness.

You still have the ability to have beautiful music in your life. It may be that your energy has to flow in a different way - maybe by teaching others to become your fingers and your ears.

Through teaching others your dreams can be realized by blending them with those of other people who are in reality a part of you. Give yourself the freedom to dream the most wild and improbable dreams, knowing that you have the divine alchemy to create them as a Part of All That Is.

Please focus your energy on what is still working within your body and use that to allow your music to flow.

How To Swing A Golf Club - The Two Lever Putt

You probably have experience with putting. You swing the putter straight back and then again straight thru down along the target line. OK, we want to use that experience in the full swing. Putting is an activity that uses only one lever (your arms stay in the same line with the putter throughout the stroke.)

What you are going to learn today is the two-lever putt. This is a motion where your left arm is one lever, and the golf club is the second lever. Take your stand by the golf ball. Now the idea is to swing back and swing thru just like putting. The only thing new is to allow your wrists to cock - uncock - cock thru the swing. This means allowing your second lever, the golf club, to swing back and "hinge". Move the club back from the ball just like putting. Imagine a target line going forward and back from the ball for a long distance. Because you are making a full swing, allow the club to go back a lot farther than with a putt. As the club is swung back, around hip height allow your wrists to break or cock (this is using the second lever) and keep tracing the imaginary target line back.

Just let your body react naturally to the movement of the club. DO NOT create tension between the shoulders and hips. Be relaxed and balanced. When you feel that you have swung back as far as is comfortable, then just PUTT down the target line. And as in a putt, you want to make sure to move a square clubface into the ball at the moment of impact. Continue your PUTT thru the target line and continue your swing comfortable. The metaphor of a two - lever putt can be a very useful one in learning how to swing a golf club. TRY IT! Is your ball flight straighter? Are you more in control of your game? Upper Back Pain

There can be many other causes injury, accidents, upper disc displacement and many more.

There is a great deal of stability and less motion in the upper back, which is thoracic spine region. So, spinal disorders are not very common. Conditions like herniated disc, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease and spinal disability can cause upper back pain, but such cases are few. This being the case, it is difficult to identify the causes for the upper back pain, precisely. Even an MRI Scan or CT Scan will not be of much help. So, it is not easy for the doctor to find a surgical solution, if the pain persists for a long period.

Modern amenities are not without the accompanying problems. A poor posture over a period of time creates strain in a particular region and that region happens to be your upper back, in case you are a computer operator and work throughout the day in front of your PC. Neck pain and shoulder pain are the comrades -in arms -of the upper back pain.

Here are some more causes of upper back pain:

1. Lack of strength in the particular region.

2. Injuries and damage to the muscles of the region caused through repetitive motions i.e. working in a particular machine in a particular manner. Take for example, hand molding machines. On an average a person does 1500 hand-operated motions in a working schedule of 8 hours.

3. Muscle strains and sports injuries.

Here again. You have to understand your back pain. With the nature of your work known to you, identify the area of your upper back, which is mostly strained. Do such yoga asanas, which help to ease the stress in that area. Do regular oil massage. If this is done in a systematic manner, there would not be any cause for the upper back pain to happen.

Because upper back is a big area, and also 'muscle junction', you have to adapt to a system of doing several stretching and strengthening exercises.
